At Thread Theory, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that has an issue, please contact us so we can help.

Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• All tags and packaging should be intact.
• The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order details along with clear photos or videos of the product.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a wrong or damaged item, Thread Theory may cover the return shipping cost. For other returns or exchanges, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the available payment method.
